ABOUT US – ROSI Teh through the years
ROSI Teh was founded in 2010 (as ROSI Teh, s.p.) and quickly grew into a successful provider of complete solutions for agricultural and industrial hydraulics. Our team now counts approximately 20 people and continues to expand each year.
In 2016, we established ROSI Teh, d.o.o. and opened our location on Dravinjska cesta in Poljčane, strengthening our service and product offering in hydraulics.
Drawing on our growing know-how, we also founded the subsidiary Agritehnika, d.o.o. in 2016. Agritehnika focuses on spare parts for tractors and implements and now offers more than 60,000 items.
As our visibility in Europe increased, so in 2018, we founded ROSI Hidraulika d.o.o. in Bosnia and Herzegovina, headquartered in Srebrenik.
We appear at major trade fairs in Slovenia and abroad—especially in Croatia, Hungary, and Austria—and we like to take our story to other European countries as well. To ensure a great customer experience, our sales team speaks multiple languages so international customers can get information in their native language and find the right solution faster.
We focus on long-term partnerships. Our goal is to deliver solutions that streamline workflows and raise productivity and efficiency.
New challenges, higher ambitions, and continuous learning led to a major step in 2024: we moved to a new, modern facility on Bistriška cesta in the same town (Poljčane). The site brings significantly larger warehouse capacity and a retail area where we can showcase a wide range of products.
Our new warehouse is designed for clarity and speed. New colleagues need only a few hours to grasp the concept and can then quickly find items on their own. Every product has a fixed location; racks and shelves are labeled and mapped in our internal system—enter the item code and the location appears.
For small parts, we use a “smart warehouse” (Modula). Items are organized by code in trays with many compartments. Enter a code on the screen and, within seconds, the system brings the correct tray and highlights the compartment with a laser. The system is integrated with inventory, so stock levels stay accurate. This is especially valuable for fittings, as we assemble many custom hydraulic hoses each day with different connectors on each end.
In 2025, we launched the rositeh.com domain, now available in almost all European languages. Previously, we offered Croatian, German (including Austria), Hungarian, Italian, and Slovak; today, the site supports almost the entire Europe region. This opens our doors to more international customers, who can browse and buy in their own language. Already in 2024, orders from abroad accounted for a larger share of revenue than those from Slovenia, and this project will extend our reach even further.
We also invest in our community by supporting local associations and events. And we like to spread some joy beyond new products: in 2024, we launched “ROSI Teh TV”, short humorous videos that present our range in a fun way. The idea became a promise - every Saturday at 12:00, we publish a new episode that our customers love to watch.
Recently, we organized “Tamičjada”, a meet-up of 15 legendary TAM trucks that paraded around Poljčane and turned plenty of heads. We enjoy events like this, so it won’t be the last one.

In 2025, we were honored as the fastest-growing company in the Podravje–Pomurje region. The award reflects strategic leadership, a dedicated team, and the trust of our partners, suppliers, and customers. You cannot apply for Gazela—the winners are chosen by an expert jury reviewing many aspects of the business. According to the methodology commission, our competitive edge lies in a sharp focus on target customers whose needs we understand and meet better than competitors.
The story continues: we advanced to the national finals among Slovenia’s TOP 6 fastest-growing companies. We remain grounded and committed to our mission—serving end users with fair prices, expert advice (by phone or in store), and clear, accessible information on our website. We’re proud of the recognition and motivated for what’s next.
